Sewanee: The University of the South: Stites & Harbison attorney Buck Hinkle Jr. has been named to the board of regents. He will serve a six-year term, which expires in 2021. Hinkle, who earned a bachelor’s degree from Sewanee, is a member of Stites & Harbison’s Lexington office. His practice is concentrated on the construction industry and business litigation.
CMTA: William “Bill” Sharp and Sam Claxton have been named principals with the firm. Sharp joined CMTA in 2011 and has more than 18 years’ experience designing energy-efficient buildings. Claxton, a professional engineer and licensed fire protection engineer, has been named a principal at the firm. He joined CMTA in 2010 and has more than 14 years’ experience designing energy-efficient buildings.

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati: Donald R. Mullineaux of Lexington has been re-elected as an independent director. Mullineaux is emeritus duPont Endowed Chair in Banking and Financial Services at the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky. He received a Ph.D. in economics from Boston College and is a former senior vice president and director of research at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. He is also chairman of the board of directors of the Federal Home Loan Board of Cincinnati.
