Chris Bailey's weather forecast: Arctic cold moves in

We have another big blast of arctic cold temps on the way for the next couple of days. This sets the stage for another cold week ahead, with snow chances increasing. We have some light snow that will be brushing southeastern Kentucky this morning. Elsewhere, some light flakes will be noted. The arctic front then sweeps in this evening with some snow showers and high winds. Bitterly cold temps follow that for Monday and Tuesday.
