Wraparound snows continue across much of Central and Eastern Kentucky early today. As a matter of fact, many areas will pick up additional accumulations. Another 1-4 inches (locally higher east) will be possible through noon. That could bring snow totals in some areas to 20-24 inches. The snow tapers off this afternoon as the east coast blizzard pulls away. Winds will still be gusty and the drifts will continue to grow. Waist deep drifts are a good bet. Chris Bailey's weather blog
