Man shot in head at Lexington strip club dies

One of two men shot at a Lexington strip club early Friday has died, according to the Fayette County coroner's office. William Thornton, 30, of Lexington, who was found lying in the parking lot at Camelot East on Richmond Road with a gunshot wound to the head, died Sunday morning at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital.

Police did not identify the second man, who was shot in the chest. Lexington police continue to investigate the matter.
