Woodford woman faces 28 counts of cruelty involving dead animals

Cheryl Ford, 59, accused of neglecting horses and other animals in Woodford County, is scheduled to be arraigned this month on 28 counts of second-degree cruelty and 15 counts of failure to dispose of a carcass within 48 hours, according to court and jail records.
