Shots fired at Lexington Cook-Out restaurant

Shots were fired early Sunday in the parking lot at Cook-Out restaurant, 855 South Broadway.

Two parked cars were hit. Additionally, a bullet hole was found in an outside wall at a nearby hotel, SpringHill Suites at 863 South Broadway, and police think it was related to the incident.

No one was injured, according to Lexington police Lt. Jesse Harris.

The incident occurred about 3 a.m., after security personnel made several men leave the restaurant. No descriptions were available of the men involved or of their vehicles.
