Blue Grass Trust’s 35th annual Antiques & Garden Show will be March 6-8 at the Kentucky Horse Park’s Alltech Arena with more than 80 dealers, quickfire seminars with Jon Carloftis and Janice Carter Levitch, workshops, keynote speaker Margot Shaw, editor-in-chief of FLOWER Magazine; and more. Zac Brown Band

Amplified Dance Concert
The UK Department of Theatre and Dance will present Amplified, its 9th annual dance concert, from March 6-8 at the Guignol Theatre inside the university’s Fine Arts Building. Black Jacket Symphony

International Women’s Festival Kick-Off Concert

International Women’s Festival
The Lyric Theatre & Cultural Arts Center will host its second annual International Women’s Festival from noon to 5 p.m. on March 7 featuring performances, international food, local vendors, local organizations, kids’ zone and a specially curated art exhibition featuring works from local female (and those who identify as) artists. Tails and Ales
This beer tasting is an annual fundraiser for the Lexington Humane Society, with live music, games, puppies available for adoption, dozens of beers and ciders and a silent auction. WRFL Birthday Bash
WRFL, UK’s student run radio station, will celebrate its 32-year anniversary with a bash on March 7 at 21c Museum Hotel featuring music from Italian psychedelic duo Dumbo Gets Mad, rock trio Sour Cream and Quebecois kraut beat combo Sea Moya with accompanying visuals throughout the night from local artist LIQUIFIED. The performances will be accompanied by a WRFL “FM-era” exhibit in the 21c Museum, which will feature various WRFL memorabilia such as old RiFLes and concert posters. Summer Camp: On The Road Tour
Local bands Driftwood Gypsy, Restless Leg String Band, Dark Moon Hollow and Home Grown Head Band will battle it out for a coveted spot on the 20th annual Summer Camp Music Festival in Chillicothe, Illinois — a Memorial Day weekend staple.
