Lexington Boutique Week returns for a second year. Here’s the local store lineup
Get ready to shop at you favorite local specialty shops during Lexington Boutique Week.
Boutique Week will return to the city from Monday, June 20, to Saturday, June 25 in celebration of the second annual event.
The event is designed to promote local boutiques, with participating stores offering exclusive deals and steals throughout the week, according to a news release.
The event will feature clothing, fine jewelry, houseplants, housewares and more from 27 local shops including Carl Meyers, Poppy & Pomelo, Cotton Patch and Athleta.
Shoppers are encouraged to visit boutiques and collect stamps on their digital passport with each purchase, the news release said. Uploading your passport to lexingtonboutiqueweek.com by July 1 will get shoppers entered for a chance to win a collection of over a dozen $20 gift certificates from participating boutiques.
Alexandra Martin, the special events director for Smiley Pete Publishing, said the participating boutiques showcase the wide range of shopping diversity in Lexington.
“We are excited to help local patrons find their new favorite shops with this event,” Martin said. “This is a great opportunity for the community to support local businesses by upgrading your home, your wardrobe, your wardrobe and your outlook on life through a little retail therapy.”
The boutique lineup also features new shops including Vine & Branch and White Willow Eporium.
“Vine & Branch joins Lexington Boutique Week for the first time with a special discount on cases of wine,” Martin said. “Also in their inaugural appearance, White Willow joins Lexington Boutique Week with their unique and intriguing selection of crystals, metaphysical tools and aromatherapy.”
Shoppers can find the entire boutique lineup, including shopping deals from select boutiques at lexingtonboutiqueweek.com.
“There is something for everyone during Lexington Boutique Week,” Martin said.
