Eagles will fly again in Rupp Arena with new touring members
Eagles are on its first tour since the death of founding member Glenn Frey, and Lexington is in a new round of tour dates released Thursday morning.
The new tour – featuring longtime members Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit with country icon Vince Gill and Frey’s son Deacon Frey – will visit Rupp Arena on April 10, a Tuesday. Eagles last Lexington show was a July 2015 date, and Frey died six months later, in January 2016.

Tickets for the Rupp date are listed at $49.50 to $229.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Dec. 15, a week from Friday, at the Rupp Arena ticket office, all Ticketmaster outlets, by calling 859-233-3535 or visiting Rupparena.com. Information on pre-sales is also available at the Rupp Arena website.
