The "I Like It" musician became a mother for the first time in July 2018, when she and Offset welcomed daughter Kulture. (Offset was already a father of three from previous relationships.)
The couple, who wed in 2017, went on to welcome son Wave and daughter Blossom before their 2024 split. Following her split from Offset, Cardi moved on with NFL wide receiver Diggs.
Cardi revealed that she was pregnant with her fourth baby in September 2025. She and the football player welcomed their son, whose name has not been publicly revealed, two months later.

Kulture
Cardi welcomed daughter Kulture in July 2018. As Cardi settled into her role as a mom, she opened up about being able to give her daughter a different childhood than what she experienced.
"She lives a different lifestyle than I lived. This girl gets in a pool every single day," the Grammy winner said in a 2020 interview with Billboard. "I can't swim because I barely went to the pool. There was only one community pool where I'm from. I want her to know that just because you have money, that doesn't mean you're super-privileged."
In 2023, Cardi celebrated a major milestone for Kulture when she graduated from pre-kindergarten.
"My baby moving on up🎓I'm a emotional proud mommy🥺🖤," she captioned an Instagram slideshow of her little one in a cap and gown. "Give me good grades and I'll give you the world baby 🌏."
Wave
Offset and Cardi expanded their family with the arrival of Wave in September 2021. While celebrating Wave's third birthday, Cardi opened up about feeling initially nervous after learning she was having a boy.
"Happy birthday to my son Wavey Man 🌊🏄♂️I was soo happy when I found I was having a baby then all of a sudden I got so scared when I found out I was having a boy I'm such a girly girl," she wrote via Instagram in September 2024. "You make it easy tho getting into that sporty mom bag. My baby love his momma soo much .Ill always have your back ,front and sides🤞🏽💙🦈BIG WAVE."
Wave made an appearance at the NBA finals in June 2026 to watch his mom perform at the event. The rapper shared a sweet selfie of her and her son as they sat courtside.
Blossom
Cardi gave birth to daughter Blossom in September 2024, two months after she filed for divorce from Offset. Despite their breakup, Offset was by Cardi's side for Blossom's arrival.
On Blossom's first birthday, Cardi penned a sweet tribute for her little girl.
"Happy Birthday to my sweet no shirt shawty baby Blossom!! You are such a light in this house," she wrote via Instagram in September 2025. "You were so tiny to me when you was born now you my chunky momma … I love your sweet little face!"

Cardi and Diggs welcomed their first child together in November 2025.
"My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons. My last chapter was the beginning of a new season. Starting over is never easy but it's been so worth it! I brought new music and a new album to the world," the musician shared via Instagram at the time. "A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve."
