Lady Remoulade
The culinary team who used to be behind the scenes at Roulay Restaurant is now serving up cajun/creole-french fusion at 900 N. Broadway. This weekend, enjoy seared jumbo sea scallops with saffron beurre blanc, roasted red beet Israeli couscous, phyllo-wrapped shrimp and seaweed salad.
The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays, and you can call 859-407-1150 or send a Facebook message to make reservations.
33 Staves
Located in The Summit at Fritz Farm, 33 Staves is inspired by Lexington’s horse and bourbon cultures. Brunch is served from 8 a.m. to noon Sunday, and dinner is 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Brunch options include acai bowls, crushed avocado toast, chorizo fritters, berry pancakes, a farmer’s omelette and a trifecta platter. Dripped coffee, espresso drinks, milk and juice are also available. Dinner options include chicken and waffles, burgers (including a vegetarian option), grilled cheese and salads.

Malone’s
Malone’s has three locations in Lexington, and they are open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The restaurants are known for steak, but they also serve sushi, salad, pasta and sandwiches. Signature sides include gruyere potato croquettes, sweet potato crunchy pecan casserole and lobster mac ‘n’ cheese.

Palmer’s
If you’re looking for bottomless mimosas, you’re in the right place. Palmer’s is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, and it offers three varieties of eggs benedict, breakfast tacos and steak and eggs. You can also enjoy soup and salad dishes such as corn and clam chowder, Caribbean chicken salad, roasted red pepper and smoked gouda bisque and wood-grilled salmon salad. Handheld entrees include the Palmer’s club melt cornmeal-crusted catfish and burgers.

Doodles
Doodles brunch is available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, and you won’t want to miss out on its oatmeal brulee, “dirty” shrimp and grits, huevos rancheros, omelettes or cheese grits.
Doodles sources many of its ingredients from Kentucky farmers and markets, such as Bluegrass Baking Co., High Five Farm and Kentucky Honey Farm.
Sedona Taphouse
Sedona Taphouse’s Lexington location is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, and it’s adjacent to the Clarion Hotel.
Try classic brunch concoctions like Nutella french toast, florentine benedict, shrimp and grits, omelettes and steak and egg hash. Lunchtime options include BBQ chicken flatbread, prime rib sandwich, crab-stuffed shrimp and grilled chicken.
Carson’s Food and Drink
Carson’s is booked for Easter Sunday, but come back Mother’s Day to try deep-fried cinnamon and sugar honey biscuits, grilled brie, steak and eggs, egg scrambles, Creole shrimp and grits and bread pudding french toast. You can try specialty brunch cocktails, as well as an iced vanilla cold brew mocktail.
