Popular Kentucky bourbon maker letting one fan run the distillery for a day
If you’re a bourbon fan, the running your own distillery is probably on your dream job list.
Buffalo Trace distillery in Frankfort is offering that “epic experience” for one lucky fan and a guest.
The popular Kentucky distillery is holding a sweepstakes for a chance to be “Master Distiller for a day” and job-shadow master distiller Harlen Wheatley.
This comes with perks including a chance to taste the 2023 Buffalo Trace Prohibition Collection, an ultra-rare set of whiskeys that were released to honor those legally produce and sold at the distillery during Prohibition.
The package also includes a one-night stay at Stagg Lodge, a private VIP-only residence on the Distillery grounds; roundtrip airfare to Louisville; one-night stay in a four-star Louisville hotel; two $100 gift cards to the Buffalo Trace Distillery gift shop, and more.
