■ Hudson Hollow, 13 Carson Place in Frankfort, is offering a special menu on Feb. 14 in addition to the regular menu: Dan's stuffed mushrooms; a three ounce filet paired with one of Dan's signature crab cakes and homemade tarter sauce; glazed carrots, asparagus and scalloped potatoes; and red velvet cake and chocolate dipped strawberries. ■ Buffalo Trace Distillery, 113 Great Buffalo Trace in Frankfort, will reprise its "Buffalo Love" bourbon tasting and food pairing event on Feb. 14, led by master blender Drew Mayville. Evening will start at 6 p.m. with an optional tour, then the bourbon journey starts with a cocktail at 7 p.m. The six-course food and spirit pairing will feature Buffalo Trace products.
