Is the Jamal Smashburg a slam dunk? Tipton and Clay find out

Lexington Burger Week started today and celebrity tasters Jerry Tipton and John Clay weighed in on the “Jamal Smashburg,” named in honor of former Wildcat basketball star Jamal Mashburn, at Campus Pub on Waller.

Campus Pub is one of 46 restaurants offering special $5 burgers through July 16. The Jamal Smashburg features homemade beer cheese and a beer-battered onion ring on a 1/3 pound burger.
