New gourmet baked potato restaurant to open on Lexington’s Chinoe Road
If you’re someone who’s never met a potato you didn’t like, there’s a new restaurant just for you.
Everything Spuds is coming to Chinoe Plaza, in the former Subway location at 1070 Chinoe Rd., suite 140, next to Chinoe Grill and in front of the shopping center’s main tenant, a Kroger grocery store.
Owner Eric Armstrong said the restaurant is expected to open March with a menu of gourmet baked potatoes that you can top with just about anything you like, from shrimp Alfredo to prime pepper steak.
Armstrong said that customers will order at the counter and pick out toppings. Prices will range from $8.50 to $16 for premium items.
Everything Spuds will be open for lunch and dinner. It will be carryout, with limited dine-in seating.
