Something new is coming to the former O’Charley’s spot in Georgetown.

The restaurant and bar at 100 Osborne Way, in front of the Walmart Supercenter, closed permanently in late 2023 as the once-popular chain shuttered many locations during an economic downturn.

Now, two new-to-the city drive-thrus are moving in, according to developer Patrick Madden.

The city’s first Dutch Bros will be opening there. The Oregon-based coffee chain that has a big following for its fast, friendly service and “broistas” as well as the affordable drinks is bringing its first kiosk to the Central Kentucky town.
