First restaurant at The Summit at Fritz Farm prides itself on its tuna

J. Alexander is a casual dining restaurant, and the first eatery to open in The Summit at Fritz Farm. The tuna — on the menu it’s Asian Ahi Tuna Salad, seared with field greens, wasabi, in a cilantro vinaigrette for $19 — is flown in from Hawaii twice a week.
