What’s opening? Ikea in Columbus, Ohio; Cos Bar at the Summit at Fritz Farm
Shoppers with a hankering for a Docksta table now have the choice of two Ohio Ikea stores to stock up on home decorating essentials with the opening of a Columbus location. The first Ikea in Ohio opened in West Chester just outside Cincinnati in 2008 with eager crowds waiting for the chance to shop the Swedish chain’s stylish, but affordable home furnishings.
The Columbus store, the 44th in the U.S., 397th worldwide, opens on Wednesday and there are deals to be had. The first 44 adults in the door on Wednesday will receive a free Ektorp sofa. On Thursday, the first 44 adults will receive a free queen-sized Haugesund mattress. Friday, the first 44 adult customers, get a free 365+ cookware starter set and a Fortrolig food container storage set. Ikea.com.
