Maine Coon Kitten Transforms From Tiny Fluffball to Majestic Beast in Just One Month
A Maine Coon kitten's transformation within a month has completely shocked the internet.
In a TikTok video posted by a sweet Maine Coon kitten's mom, she showed off the surprising difference one month can make as the baby grew up. In the video, the mom carefully held onto her baby and showed her off.

In the text overlay, the mom wrote "watch to see how much a Maine Coon grows in 1 month," while she showed the baby to the camera. The video then transitioned to the next month. where the kitten got significantly bigger and fluffier than the previous month. The mom also confirmed in the text overlay that the new clip was taken when the kitten turned "two months" old.
The transformation also surprised people on the internet, who commented on how much she had changed in such a short amount of time. "This is the most amazing cat I have ever seen," another person said in the comments.
"That's a grown man," one person joked, while another added, "I don't know how to explain it, but the little kitty looks like a werewolf from the 1900s movies. I dunno what year specifically, I don't know, but kitty is so cute though."
"Ma'am, I don't want to alarm you, but there's a werewolf in your house," another person also joked in the comments. Others even noticed that the mother and baby pair had "the same eyes."
Another showed off a photo of their own Maine Coon and noted that "they grow up more than three years and we love it! The bigger the better ."

How Fast Do Maine Coon Kittens Grow?
Maine Coons are a unique breed of cats. According to the blog Sweet Giants Maine Coons, these large cats don't finish growing at one year, unlike other typical cat breeds.
"Maine Coons continue developing until they're 3–5 years old," the blog revealed in their post. "Their growth is not just about size - it's about changes in behavior, coat, nutrition needs, and personality."
From birth all the way to three months, Maine Coon kittens can grow from weighing less than a pound all the way to weighing up to four pounds. Their fluffy coat will also fully develop over this time, making it the perfect time to help them start socializing.
They will then enter the rapid growth phase between three and six months, during which their coat will thicken, and they will experience their first major growth spurt. They then enter their "teenage years" between 6 and 12 months, during which they become more independent yet remain affectionate.
The Maine Coon will reach full maturity by the time they are three to five years old and can weigh between 15 and 25 pounds.
