Visitors to new Baptist Health should plan for changes in parking, traffic

Effective Dec. 1, patients and visitors to Baptist Health can expect changes in parking and traffic flow.

Self parking will be available in the north garage, the south garage and in a surface parking area in front of the North tower and the 1720 Building.

The east garage — previously used by patients, visitors and employees — will become an employee-only garage on Dec. 1.

Patients and visitors parked in the north garage will take the elevator to the first floor and follow a covered walkway to the North tower. The area will lead to the North tower and 1720 building lobbies.

The public may also use the free valet parking services in front of the 1720 and 1760 buildings. Tipping is not required.

To access the 1720 building valet, use the main hospital entrance from Nicholasville Road. Hours for the valet service are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

To access the 1760 Building valet, use the main hospital entrance from Nicholasville Road and take the first right turn toward the 1760 Building. Hours for this valet service are 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
