Traditional Bank: Lucy Coburn has joined the Paris lending team as a consumer loan officer.
The Department of Financial Institutions: Marni Rock Gibson has been promoted to depository division director, overseeing supervision of Kentucky state-chartered banks and credit unions.

Lexington Clinic: Dr. Robert D. Sawyer has joined Lexington Clinic Cardiology at Lexington Clinic East. Dr. Agata Toborek has joined Lexington Clinic Pediatrics at Lexington Clinic at Eagle Creek Medical Plaza. Dr. Timothy Atkinson has joined Commonwealth Urology/Urologic Associates at the Commonwealth Urology – Frankfort location. Olivier Gayou has been named the clinic’s chief medical physicist and has joined Lexington Clinic Radiation Oncology at Lexington Clinic at KentuckyOne Health Office Park.

McBrayer: Elizabeth Bagby has joined the firm as director of business development. Attorneys John Michael Carter and Courtney Hampton have joined the firm.
Organizations
American Bar Association: Palmer Gene Vance II, a member in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Lexington office, has been named vice chair of the Section of Litigation for 2016-17.
American Immigration Lawyers Association: Sam Rock, an attorney with Rock Law Group, has been elected president of the Mid-South Chapter of the AILA, which includes members from Kentucky, Tennessee, Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi. As chapter president, Rock will also sit on the board of governors for the national membership of AILA.
