The Military Officers Association will meet at noon July 28 at Equestrian Woods Country Club, 107 Clubhouse Drive. Heather French Henry, an advocate for military veterans since being crowned Miss America in 2000, will speak. Henry, the deputy commissioner for the Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs, is the daughter of a disabled Marine Corps Vietnam veteran.
