City National Bank: Steven “Mitch” Florence has joined the bank as a loan officer and mortgage loan specialist. Chelsea Sutherland has been promoted to office manager at the downtown location. Miranda Davis has been promoted to customer service supervisor at the Tates Creek branch.

Community Trust Bank: Shirley Riley has been named assistant vice president/branch manager of the bank’s Beaumont Center office.

Fifth Third Bank: Andrew Walker has joined the bank’s private banking team as a vice president, senior private banker. Julio Driggs has joined the bank’s private banking team as vice president, wealth management adviser. Tracey Ballard joined the bank’s private banking team as vice president, senior trust officer and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. Valerie Marshall has joined the bank’s private banking team as vice president, wealth management adviser and Certified Financial Planner.

Bingham Greenebaum Doll: R. Clay Larkin has joined the firm’s Lexington office as a partner and member of the Corporate Services Department and Energy Practice Department. Partner John Bush is stepping down from his role as Co-Chair of the Litigation Department following his recent confirmation by the U.S. Senate to the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, where he will serve a lifetime appointment. Mark Grundy has been named Litigation Department co-chair alongside James Hinshaw. Benjamin Lewis has been named the Fiduciary Litigation Practice Group co-chair.

Baptist Health Medical Group: Dr. Hayley Barbato has joined BHMG Hospital Medicine at Baptist Health Lexington. Dr. V. Alex Howard has joined BHMG Gastroenterology at 1720 Nicholasville Road, Suite 302.

American Heart Association: Dr. Larry B. Goldstein, Ruth L. Works Professor and Chair, University of Kentucky Department of Neurology and co-director, Kentucky Neuroscience Institute, has been named to the Board of Directors for the Great Rivers Affiliate of the AHA.

Kentucky American Water: Dorothy Rader has been named water quality manager. Jasmine Mungo has joined KAW as superintendent of field operations for the Central Division, based in Lexington. Amy Caudill has been promoted to superintendent of customer advocacy, overseeing the customer advocate office and serving as the primary local customer service manager.

Kentucky Farm Bureau: Corey Cleaver has been named an agent with KFB Mutual Insurance Co. at the Fayette County Farm Bureau — Clays Mill Road Agency.

TrinSoft: Bobby Haggard has joined the company’s Microsoft Dynamics team as a consultant.
