Kentucky.com is beginning a feature in which we look at the local real estate market and make a list of the top 10 most expensive homes in each Lexington zip code each month as provided by the office of Fayette County PVA David O’Neill.

We will offer additional background on some of the homes sold so that readers can get a better look at what’s selling around the county. Here are the most expensive homes that sold in July in each of these areas.
