Kentucky accounting firms merge

Kentucky accounting firms Mountjoy Chilton Medley and Hawkins Company CPAs have merged. Both firms are based in Louisville, although MCM has offices in Lexington, Frankfort, Bowling Green and Covington.

The merged company will keep the Mountjoy Chilton Medley name.

Hawkins' 15 employees will boost MCM's staff to 240, according to a statement.
