Fazoli's on Richmond Road is closed temporarily for electrical upgrade

The Fazoli's restaurant at 2195 Richmond Road will be closed for a month while its electrical system is upgraded, a spokesman for the Lexington-based chain said Tuesday.

Brad Ritter, a spokesman for the fast-casual Italian restaurant chain, said no other Fazoli's in Lexington will be affected.

The Richmond Road Fazoli's opened in 1989, taking the space once occupied by Frisch's Big Boy, which had operated in that spot since 1959.
