Bluegrass Pipeline project pushed back by as much as a year, builder says
The proposed Bluegrass Pipeline project has been pushed back by as much as a year, one of the project's builders said Wednesday.
In comments released with year-end financial results for Williams Co. of Tulsa, Okla., president and CEO Alan Armstrong said the pipeline's in-service target date was being moved from late 2015 to mid- to late 2016 "to better align with the needs of producers." The report said that was "more consistent with evolving market conditions."
