Architecture
Omni Architects: Teddi Hibberd has joined the firm as a design team member. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a master's degree in architecture, a graduate of Leadership Lexington and Leadership Central Kentucky.
Finance
Kentucky Bank: Michael I. Williams, president and CEO of Blue Grass Energy, has joined the Jessamine County advisory board of directors.
Health care
Baptist Health Lexington: Dr. James L. Borders, an internal medicine physician, has been named chief medical officer effective Aug. 1. Borders will replace Dr. Stephen Toadvine, who recently was promoted to chief medical officer of Baptist Health Medical Group.
Organizations
International Bluegrass Music Museum: The following have been named officers: Mike Simpson, chairman; Terry Woodward, vice chairman; Rosemary Conder, secretary; and Chris Love, treasurer.
These new appointments come as groundbreaking on the $15.3 million International Bluegrass Music Center is set for this fall in Owensboro.
Woodford Humane Society: Katie Hoffman has been named executive director. Hoffman has served as community outreach director since 2012.
Other
Group CJ: Mark J. Royse has rejoined the company and will spearhead the firm's public awareness campaigns for the city of Lexington.
TrinSoft: Jeff Scott, a Microsoft Dynamics consultant/developer, has joined the company's Microsoft Dynamics consulting team.
