Kentucky American Water: Nick Rowe, senior vice president of American Water's Central Division, has returned as president of Kentucky American Water. Rowe served as president of Kentucky American from 2004 to 2011. Since 2011, he has led American Water's Central Division, which includes Kentucky, Michigan, Tennessee and Indiana. Rowe will be replacing Cheryl Norton, who has been named president of Missouri American Water.
Lextran: Three new members have been appointed to the Lextran board of directors: George Ward, executive director of the University of Kentucky's Coldstream Research Campus, oversees UK's Real Estate Services office and is an adjunct professor in the Retail Tourism Management department; Christian Motley, government relations director for the Kentucky Education Association; and Marci Krueger-Sidebottom, vice president of sales and services at VisitLEX. The terms for Ward and Motley expire June 30, 2019. Sidebottom's term expires June 30, 2016.
