Central Bank: Anna Hovekamp has been promoted to assistant vice president, personal trust officer. Gina Ensminger has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking.

First Security Bank: Amy Jackson has been promoted to senior vice president, chief operating officer.

Organizations

Kentucky Real Estate Commission: R. Thomas Waldrop Jr., a real estate broker, appraiser and auctioneer in Mayfield and member of the Kentucky Association of Realtors, has been appointed by Governor Steve Beshear as a commissioner. His term runs through Oct. 1, 2019.

National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease: Dina Piersawl, a Clark County native, is among three women named to the governing board of the National Coaltion for Women with Heart Disease.

Piersawl is a WomenHeart Champion – a volunteer community educator, advocate and Support Network Coordinator trained at the WomenHeart Science & Leadership Symposium at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn.

Piersawl, originally of Winchester, is a chemist with more than 25 years of experience as a consultant for the hair-care, skin-care and cosmetics industry.

VisitLEX: Erin Hilton has been named marketing project manager for the organization. Erin has spent the last 12 years as the director of marketing and communications at Lexington Catholic High School.
