Central Bank: Laura <code_dp>Schweitzer has been promoted to executive vice president, director of operations. <code_dp>Schweitzer has been with <code_dp>Central Bank since 1982 and has served as the senior vice <code_dp>president of loan services since 2006. Sam Collins has been promoted to assistant vice <code_dp>president, credit risk. Barry Hickey has been promoted to executive vice president, <code_dp>director of wealth management. Hickey has been with Central Bank since 2004 and has worked in wealth management for more than 36 years. Greg Shewmaker has been promoted to executive vice president, director of private banking. Shewmaker brings more than 31 years of experience to his new role; he has spent the past 11 years at Central Bank.

Sturgill, Turner, Barker & Moloney: M. Todd Osterloh has been promoted as a member of the firm. Osterloh represents municipalities and water, sewer, gas and electric utilities. He previously served as a staff attorney for the Kentucky Public Service Commission.
