Business transitions: Jan. 4

▪ Baldwin CPAs, which has offices in Lexington, Richmond and elsewhere in Kentucky, has merged with Louisville-based Anderson, Bryant, Lasky & Winslow.

By merging with ABLW, the firm will expand its presence by adding 17 employees, including three new partners.

The Baldwin CPAs office in Louisville has relocated to the ABLW office on South First Street in Louisville.
