RESPEC Inc.: Jordan Sheraka and Morgan Lane have joined the mining engineering consulting firm as staff engineers.

Finance

Central Bank: Craig Daniels has been named executive vice president, director of auditing. Daniels brings more than 31 years of experience to his new role; he has been with Central Bank since 1991. Lisa Williamson has been promoted to assistant vice president, financial planning. She has been with Central Bank since 2001 and brings more than 31 years of experience to her new role. Tanner Greenwell has been named a retail banking officer. Adam Rodgers has been promoted to credit analyst officer.

Law

McBrayer: Jack A. Wheat has joined the law firm as a member. He is the founder of the intellectual property boutique firm Wheat, Smith & Beres, which merged into Stites & Harbison on Jan. 1, 2000. He was the service group leader of that firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Services Group from 2000 until 2012. Wheat’s practice specializes in trademark, copyright and patent infringement litigation, and trademark registration and maintenance.

Sturgill, Turner, Barker & Moloney: Jessica Droste has joined the firm’s torts and insurance practice group as an associate attorney. Droste is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree from Centre College.

Other

Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance: Austin C. Wingate has been named an agent at the agency. The Clark County native graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in agriculture business.
