Business transitions for the week of Feb. 1

▪  Boxcar, a Louisville-based, full-service boutique public relations agency, has opened an office serving the Lexington area. Located at 300 East Main Street, It is directed by Geoffrey “Geoff” Dunn, who recently joined the firm. Boxcar also has an office in Cincinnati that opened in 2015. ▪  Peter Brackney has opened Brackney Law Office at 2333 Alexandria Drive, where he practices in the areas of estate planning, bankruptcy and consumer rights, and business law. ▪  Rain Damage Skate Shop and Boutique has opened at 123 West Sixth Street. Lexington’s only downtown skate shop focuses on national skate brands and showcases local clothing and art.
