Business Awards for the week of Feb. 15

▪  Ericka Harney, executive director of the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance, managed by Lexington-based Associations International, has earned the Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives.

To be designated as a CAE, an applicant must have a minimum of three years’ experience with nonprofit organization management, complete a minimum of 100 hours of specialized professional development, pass an examination in association management, and pledge to uphold a code of ethics. More than 4,000 association professionals hold the CAE credential.
