Central Kentucky AgCredit: Jeff Zinner has been named a loan officer and will be based in the Lexington office. Most recently he was assistant manager of the North American International Livestock Exposition for the Kentucky State Fair Board in Louisville, a position he held for nine years.

First Security: Scott Powell has been named senior vice president, chief credit officer of First Security Bank. Before joining First Security, Powell was deputy chief credit officer at FSG Bank, a division of Atlantic Capital Bank.

Organizations

All Star Association: Doug Eikenbary has been promoted to vice president of sales and member services. Eikenbary joined All Star in 1999 and has served as regional vice president of sales since 2006.

Infiniti of Lexington: Leonard Spencer has rejoined the team as business manager.

Limestone Agency: Hamilton Alverson has joined the insurance agency as an account executive. Alverson is based at the Woodford Hill Thompson location in Paris.
