Bingham Greenebaum Doll: Alexis B. Kasacavage has been elected to partnership in the firm. She represents employers in cases in state and federal courts, and before state and federal agencies. Kasacavage also counsels employers on day-to-day employment issues, such as reductions in force, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans With Disabilities Act, sexual harassment, unlawful discrimination, and wage and hour issues. She practices out of the firm’s Lexington office.
