University of Kentucky: Ellen Gish has joined the Office of Philanthropy as associate director for trusts and estates. Before joining UK, Gish, a licensed attorney, handled development for the Lexington Philharmonic.

Farmers Bank - Jessamine County: Bruce Marshall has been named president and CEO. Mark Suter has been named senior vice president and chief credit officer. Wendy Kozlowski has been named senior vice president and loan officer. Jeremy Teater has joined the lending staff at the bank’s main office.
Organizations
Associations International: Kimberly Hodge and Vanessa Noorani have joined the Lexington-based organization as member services coordinators. Jared Mosqueda has joined Quest International as its user community coordinator. John Nisbet has joined Quest International as an account executive. Jessica Pfister has joined the International SPA Association as its fulfillment coordinator. Autumn Phelps has joined the International SPA Association as its trade show manager. Formerly a division of Host Communications and IMG, Associations Internationl employs 120 association professionals and has been helping professional and trade associations promote their missions, build membership and seize opportunities for growth for more than 40 years.
The Downtown Management District: The following have been named to the executive committee of the 15-member board: James H. Frazier III, managing member, McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland, chairman; Marty Rothchild, general manager, Hilton Lexington Downtown, vice chairman; Zedtta Wellman, general manager, Gratz Park Inn, secretary; and Stephen Grossman, senior vice president, Hilliard Lyons, treasurer.

Exceptional Living Centers: Kelly Brewer has joined the Lexington-based management company as vice president of sales and marketing. John Jernejcic has been named director of construction.
J. Smith Lanier & Co.: Greg Milward has been promoted to executive vice president of one of the largest privately owned insurance brokers in the United States. Chris Barnett and Jack Wilkinson have been named senior vice presidents. Jeff Milward and Will Milward have been named vice presidents.
Kentucky American Water: Cody Brenneman has been named superintendent of operations for the northern division, which includes water and wastewater operations in Gallatin, Grant and Owen counties.
