Education
Midway University: Mary Elizabeth Stivers has been named vice president of academic affairs. In this role, she oversees all aspects of the university's academics for undergraduate and graduate students, including its three schools, the student success center, multicultural and international affairs, information technology and the library. Stivers comes to Midway after spending nearly a decade as provost and vice president for academic affairs at Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa.
University of Kentucky Press: Leila Salisbury will return to the Bluegrass as director of the UPK. Salisbury will take leadership of the press on Aug. 1. She began her career as an intern at UPK and returns to Kentucky after serving as director of University Press of Mississippi since 2008.

Commerce Lexington: The following have been promoted: Gina Greathouse, executive vice president, economic development; Lynda Bebrowsky, executive vice president, membership and engagement, Mark Turner, chief communications officer, and Andi Johnson, chief policy officer and director of regional engagement.
