Education

Georgetown College: C. David Wilhite has been named chief financial officer and treasurer. He succeeds James A. Moak Jr., who retired. Wilhite, a CPA, has worked a dozen years at Georgetown College as controller.

Finance

Traditional Bank: Vice president commercial loan officer Tim Schuler has been promoted to senior vice president. He is a senior member of the commercial lending team at the bank’s Palumbo location. Cash management director Sarah Jefferson has been promoted to vice president. Commercial loan officer Shawn Woolum has been promoted to vice president and oversees the Zandale banking center. Commercial loan officer Carter Offutt has been promoted to assistant vice president. Offutt is on the commercial lending team at the Palumbo banking center. Meranda Cox has been promoted to consumer loan officer. She joins the bank’s lending team at its main location in Mount Sterling. Bank secrecy officer Anita McClain has been promoted to vice president. McClain works in Mount Sterling. Allison Roberts has been promoted to consumer loan officer at the Winchester banking center.

Law

McBrayer: Katherine K. Yunker has joined the firm as of counsel after practicing for more than 20 years as a solo or in her own small firm. She practices in the areas of antitrust law, consumer law, complex civil litigation, intellectual property and utility regulation.
