Community Trust Bank: Zachary L. Cantrell has been promoted to assistant vice president and assistant director of marketing/sales.

Farmers National Bank: Brant Welch has joined the bank as vice president, customer experience manager. Welch has more than 20 years of marketing and public relations experience, with 11 of those being in the financial services industry.

Kentucky Bank: Small Business Association lender, Christopher Jackson, who specializes in government guaranteed loans, has joined the bank as vice president, small business administrator.

The Bluegrass Chapter of the American Red Cross: The following have been named new board members and officers for 2016-2017: Amber Philpott, chair; Tucker Ballinger, vice chair; Sherry Holley, secretary; Herb Miller, Columbia Gas; Gina Money, Kentucky American Water; Ellen Sharp, Central Bank; and Jason Wright, Messer Construction.

Heather Nichol has joined the company’s TrinDocs team and is responsible for implementation and support of Electronic Content Management software. Audra Meighan has been named marketing coordinator. Mark Jenkins has joined the company as a Microsoft Dynamics NAV developer. Chelsea Gerstle has joined the company’s Microsoft Dynamics Team as a Microsoft Dynamics consultant.
