First Security Bank: Alan Jones has been named senior vice president, credit officer. Kathi Nickel joined has joined the bank as vice president, credit officer and special asset manager. Landon Rone has been promoted to credit analyst.
Organizations
Association of Outdoor Lighting Professionals: Kyle Adamson, owner of Lexington-based Red Oak Outdoor Lighting, has been named to the association’s executive board. Adamson graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in landscape architecture. He founded his company in 2006.
The YMCA of Central Kentucky: Dana Ensley has been named the district vice president for the new Hamburg Place YMCA, slated to open this fall. Ensley was formerly the executive director of the South Hampton Roads-Outer Banks Family YMCA.

AMR: Marcus Williams has been named executive director for AMR client-partner the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons. Williams has more than 20 years of association management, non-profit development and consulting experience. During his career, he's served as the executive director of the National Association for Regulatory Administration as well as managing both a federally funded prescription drug monitoring initiative and an emergency foster care project for a consortium of child-welfare agencies.
