Tate Hill Jacobs Architects: Sabrina Oaks has joined Margaret Jacobs as principal. Oaks has experience with large-scale food and beverage and industrial design projects, as well as fast track design/build and educational projects.

Education

Eastern Kentucky University: Timothy Forde has been named chief diversity officer and special assistant to the executive vice president. Forde, a faculty member of the School of Clinical Educator Preparation in EKU’s College of Education, has more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing professional development programs.

Finance

Farmers National Bank: Sam Pollom has joined the bank, working in WealthSouth, the organization’s wealth management unit, in the role of assistant vice president, compliance officer.

Kentucky Bank: The following have been named to the bank’s Regional Advisory Board for Madison County. Keith Daniel, owner of KDA Office Furniture, Richmond; Mark Gentry, president and CEO of Precision Tube, Richmond; Chris Hornsby, owner and agency manager of the Madison County Farm Bureau; Amanda Marcum, Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Foster Realtors; Debra Neal, an original organizer, director, and officer of Madison Bank; Marc Robbins, Madison County attorney.

Merrill Lynch: Robert S. Williams has been named a financial adviser. He will be based at the company’s West Vine Street location.
