The Kentucky College of Art + Design at Spalding University: Todd Lowe, managing partner at Parthenon, has been named chairman of the board of directors. Lowe, co-chair of the $60 million capital campaign at the J.B. Speed Art Museum, also serves as treasurer of the National Assembly of States Arts Agencies and sits on the steering committee for the Greater Louisville Arts Master Plan.

Law

Reminger Co.: Kenneth Finley has joined the firm’s Lexington office. Finley has represented corporations and individuals throughout Kentucky and Ohio in areas including complex business and commercial litigation, construction and product liability.

Stites & Harbison: Allyson True Cook has been named Counsel to the firm and will be based in the Covington office. Cook is a member of the Construction and Real Estate Service Groups.

Griffin Gate Marriott Resort & Spa: Colin Gooch has been named director of golf. Gooch brings more than 15 years of golf industry experience to his new role.

Spectrum Contracting Services: After a 26-year career with the company, Franklin Simpson has been promoted to vice president of construction.
