Business awards for the week of July 18

▪ To mark Amazon’s 15 years in Lexington, local artists, BroCoLoco, were commissioned to commemorate Amazon’s commitment to the Commonwealth’s Old Kentucky Home. The recently unveiled fiberglass horse reflects the spirit and foundation of Amazon in Lexington, complete with Amazon’s whimsical smile logo.

▪ Fayette Mall has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. Now in its sixth year, the achievement celebrates hospitality businesses that have earned great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Certificate of Excellence recipients include accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.

▪ The Kentucky Small Business Development Center announced that the Louisville Small Business Development Center has received the 2016 Sutton Landry State Star for Kentucky.

The Sutton Landry State Star recognizes outstanding performance and commitment in serving Kentucky’s small businesses and the KSBDC network.
