Finance

Bank of the Bluegrass & Trust Co.: Courtney Barker has joined the bank as relationship manager-deposit production/treasury management champion. A Kentucky native, Barker graduated from the University of Kentucky and the KBA General Banking School. She brings 10 years of banking experience with her.

Central Bank: Lauren Lovely has been promoted to personal trust officer.

Farmers National Bank: Jesse Johnson has been promoted to vice president, commercial loan officer. Sharon Keith has been named vice president, loan officer. She has worked at Farmers National Bank in the Stanford Banking Center for more than 11 years and in banking for more than 30 years. Paul Purcell has been promoted to vice president, commercial loan officer and transferred from the Lancaster Banking Center to the bank’s main office in Danville. Chris Davis has been named assistant vice president market manager of the Lancaster Banking Center. Mike Bastin, vice president, loan officer, has moved from the Stanford Banking Center to the Lancaster Banking Center. Crystal Gourley has been promoted to portfolio manager at the Lancaster Banking Center. Gourley has worked at Farmers National Bank for over 15 years and transferred to the Lancaster Banking Center earlier this year.

First Security Bank: Angela Morris has been named senior human resources generalist. Rhonda Wells has been promoted to vice president/training and development coordinator.

Kentucky Bank: Darryl Terry has been named Central Kentucky regional president. Terry, who has been market president of the Clark County region, will assume responsibility as regional president for Clark, Fayette, Jessamine and Woodford counties. Terry has been in banking for 28 years and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and the LSU Graduate School of Banking.

Health care

Bauman Physical Therapy & Wellness. Therapists Sarah Martin, Faye Morris and Lauren Bush have joined the practice. Martin has specialties that include a therapeutic technique developed by the Postural Restoration Institute, visceral manipulation and women’s health. Morris has extensive training in myofascial release, visceral manipulation, Muscle Energy, Paris and Matiland Techniques. Bush utilizes the McKenzie method and manual therapy.

Organizations

Associations International: Yolanda Kennison has joined the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance as a project coordinator. Alice Rogers has joined the member services team as a member services coordinator. Rogers will provide direct support to association members by updating memberships, preparing conference materials, and responding to member requests.

Mecklenburg County Bar: Heather Culp, a Lexington native and graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law has been named president-elect of the Mecklenburg County Bar, based in Charlotte.

The Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky: The following have been elected to the board of directors: Kevin Payton, Top Shelf Lobby, president; Dr. Jaime Pittenger, UK HealthCare, vice president; and Bill Smithwick, Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies, secretary/treasurer.

C.M. Space & Associates: Mark Onishi has joined the Nicholasville independent insurance agency. Onishi is an agent who specializes in commercial insurance for business owners and employee benefits.
