Business Transitions: Baptist Health opens new clinics, retail pharmacy; Smyth Automotive opens Nicholasville location

▪ Baptist Health has opened two clinics on Harrodsburg Road and a retail pharmacy in its new North Tower at 1740 Nicholasville Road.

Baptist Health Urgent Care and Baptist Health Medical Group Primary Care have opened at 2040 Harrodsburg Road.

Open seven days a week, Baptist Health Urgent Care sees patients who have urgent medical needs without an appointment. Hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The clinic’s phone number is 859-899-7993.

Baptist Health Medical Group Primary Care providers Dr. Erika Clark, Dr. Wanda Harrison, and Melissa McIntyre, APRN, are accepting new patients. The clinic is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The phone number is 859-899-7990.

The new Baptist Health Pharmacy is open 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

▪ Smyth Automotive, based in Cincinnati, is expanding into Kentucky with the opening of its newest location in Nicholasville at 108 Patton Court. Smyth is a family-owned and -operated auto parts supplier with 24 locations from Lexington to Columbus, Ohio, including retail, wholesale, paint and body and machine shops.
