Central Bank: Shane Ensminger has been promoted to vice president, director of security. Prior to joining Central Bank, he had a career in law enforcement serving as sergeant for the Special Investigations Section of the Lexington Police for six years, assistant commander of the S.W.A.T. Emergency Response Unit for seven years, sergeant of the Narcotics Unit for seven years, and detective for the Narcotics Enforcement Unit for four years.
