If you’re planning to catch up on some errands and do some shopping on Labor Day Monday, it pays to know what’s open before you go.

We’ve rounded up this list of holiday hours and closings for several Lexington businesses.

All U.S. Postal Service locations will be closed for Labor Day Sept. 4. If you need to ship something, you many be out of luck as FedEx and UPS will also be closed, according to their respective websites.

These grocery stores and food retailers will be open on Labor Day:

  • Trader Joe’s
  • Walmart
  • Whole Foods Market
  • Meijer
  • Kroger
  • Save A Lot
  • Total Wine & More
  • Aldi: Will close early at 6 p.m.
  • Sam’s Club: Will close early at 6 p.m. for Plus and Club members

Costco Wholesale will be closed Monday for Labor Day, according to the company’s website.

The following banks will be closed on Labor Day:

  • Wells Fargo
  • Bank of America
  • Chase
  • Bank of Lexington
  • Peoples Exchange Bank
  • Old National Bank
