Human remains discovered in wooded area of Madison County Saturday
Human remains found in Madison County on Saturday have been sent to the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Frankfort for identification, Kentucky State Police said.
The skeletal remains were found Saturday morning in a wooded area off Moran Summit Road, KSP said in a news release. Moran Summit Road is south of Richmond.
The Madison County coroner removed the remains, and Kentucky State Police said they are investigating.
